David has seven years' experience in marketing and market research, including leading and delivering both qualitative and quantitative research in business and not-for-profit markets. In particular, he has a wealth of experience in designing and supervising satisfaction surveys, using postal, telephone, face-to-face and online methodologies, and is currently leading a large web research study for a North East university.
He has also worked with public and private sector organisations to evaluate branding and campaign effectiveness, managed public consultation research for local authorities and employee surveys for a government department.
He is an experienced focus group moderator.
David's qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and the Postgraduate Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. His first degree is in Environmental Management.
