Production of electricity. One 160MW gas turbine and a 75MW stem turbine. The former has operated for over 98,500 hours and it has entered the ‘mid-life’ period of an asset (i.e. major components may need replacing). The gas turbine can be ‘peak fired’ to produce additional output by using higher firing temperatures.
